Your brand deserves a stand
that stops the entire hall.
While others fight chaos on the show floor — your stand is ready on time, engineered to the millimetre and delivered by people who own every detail. We design, manufacture, build and dismantle exhibition stands across Europe.
A trade fair is no place for
"let's see how it goes".
Your brand shows up at a fair to make money. Every hour of chaos, every loose detail, every subcontractor who stops picking up — that's a direct loss. We eliminate those risks before they ever appear.
We work the night windows others avoid. Time buffer in every schedule. Plan B on transport.
QA inside our production hall plus a technical handover on-site. Photo documentation at every stage.
A dedicated project manager. One phone number from brief to dismantle.
Our own in-house build crew. The same faces year after year. On-site support throughout the show.
Full lighting, AV and graphics tests the day before. No improvisation.
Premium materials, finishes and lighting. Built so a visitor stops and says "wow".
Production is the heart
of every project.
Most companies broker the job. We manufacture it. That's why we know exactly what's happening to your stand from the first board to the last screw on the floor.

In-house carpentry
We started in production. A stand isn't a "job" to us — it carries our signature.
Custom, not catalogue
Every stand is designed for a specific brand, hall and business goal.
Safe transport
Packaging engineered around the build, our own logistics, full documentation at every step.
Consistent quality
A steady crew. The same hands building your stand this year and five years from now.
A crew that knows what it's doing — before you set foot in the hall.
We work the build windows others avoid. Tight schedules, last-minute design changes — your stress ends where our responsibility begins.

Signed off,
on the show floor.
Official completion protocols signed by our clients after the build — straight from the hall, not from a marketing brochure.

"Very good and precise execution. The team was extremely flexible and helpful — there was never a moment of "it can’t be done". A solution was found for every problem."

"Very well done. Superb!"

"All stand construction work has been completed to a very high standard, with great flexibility and problem-solving skills shown. An excellent result."
We started on the workshop floor — that's why we know the process from the inside.

The questions
we hear most often.
How much does an exhibition stand cost?+
Costs depend on size, materials, multimedia and the location of the fair. Custom premium stands typically start around €280–€420 per m² for production alone and scale with complexity. Our quotes always break down design, production, transport, build, dismantle and on-site support — so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Which countries do you deliver in?+
We regularly deliver in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, the UK, Portugal and Poland. Projects include BioFach, MWC Barcelona, Heimtextil, Cosmoprof, CPHI, Paris Air Show, Milipol, Interclean, Fruit Logistica, Anuga, LIGNA, Vitafoods, Embedded World, IBA.
How far in advance should I get in touch?+
Ideally 4–6 months before the show. Express projects (8–12 weeks) are possible, but they limit material choice and transport windows. The earlier we talk, the more we can polish without compromise.
Do you produce in-house or use subcontractors?+
Production, build and dismantle are handled by our own team. We've worked with the same people for years — that's how we control the quality we promise.
What if the organiser changes the build window at the last moment?+
It happens. We keep buffers in the production schedule, a plan B for transport and a crew ready for night shifts. In practice you usually never even hear about it — we handle it quietly.
Can the stand be reused for the next edition?+
Yes — most structures are designed modularly with future events in mind. After dismantle, elements return to the warehouse, ready to be reconfigured for the next hall and format.
